Receive Email
In this step a delivery date is confirmed. With live animals, someone must be present to receive and sign for the package. Depending on temperatures, packages may be sent and held at your local FedEx Ship Center. This will all be squared away in this step.
Package is Shipped
The package is shipped via Fedex Priority Overnight and will arrive the very next day. A tracking number will be sent to the provided email as well. Warning! At this point, the anticipation is at its highest!
Special Delivery
The package is delivered to its destination usually before noon. In some rural areas, it may arrive in the afternoon. After 24 hours of unbearable anticipation, you’re ready to open your package and lay eyes on your new masterpiece of an animal. Inspect your new pet and allow your new acquisition to acclimate to its new environment for about a week.
